  • Consult with your Healthcare Provider:  Discuss any concerns with your doctor, including diastasis recti, pelvic floor dysfunction, and scar tissue healing.

Once you’ve received the green light from your doctor, you may be beyond ready to get back into intense high impact workouts (like running, HIIT, or tennis) but this is the time where it better serves you to meet your body where it is at phsyically and rebuild to those types of activities over time.
